Sad how easily my good intentions can be thwarted. I was so conscientious this morning in packing my lunch for the day. I packed a garden salad, low-fat soup and 1 cookie for dessert. My morning and afternoon snacks were a slice of watermelon and a snack-size bag of Sunchips. Not bad, right?
Fast forward to 12pm when Hubby called to see if I wanted to meet him for lunch. It took me all of 3 seconds to agree to meet him at his favorite PASTA place. So, an order of chicken alfredo later, here I am feeling terrible. I at least only ate about 1/4 of the portion and put the rest in a doggy bag for the kiddies. I guess this means an extra couple of blocks during tonight’s run.
Oh and a wilted salad and soup for dinner.
